Having assisted a little with the research for this I am happy to say that it is a completely new documentary, and should prove very interesting. Look out for John Watterson (a.k.a. Fake Thackray) amid the cast of thousands talking about Jake.

Yes, indeed. It was a really interesting programme. Full of insights into the great man. It's a strange situation in some ways in that Jake so adored Georges Brassens and yet couldn't seem to accept that he himself was so admired. No doubt repeated listenings will raise more issues.
