The World Scout Jamboree 2019 is being jointly hosted by the US, Canada and Mexico, a great forum to share peace and understanding across at least 150 countries of the world (Take note POTUS).
My son Jake (now 13 years old) has been selected to attend and is busy trying to raise the money required. To help him I am doing a live facebook sponsored beard shave on Friday 23rd March 20:45, after 34.5 years of having one. It will stay off for a week. It’ll then grow again, hopefully for another 34.5 years. If I make it that far I’ll be 88! (As you are probably aware, beards are intrinsically more hygienic than being clean-shaven).
