I just saw Jake thackery on you tube and memories of him came flooding back
I thought he was fab! Totally unique, with song stories that instantly drew you in and made you sit up and listen.
Sad to see he’s passed. Thank you Jake, for me you were a one off…rip!Welcome! Jake was truly unique, and one of our greatest and most underrated songwriters. If you want to do a deep dive into his extraordinary body of work, the CDs and DVDs here are a great place to start. His life was equally remarkable, as the biography (of which I’m co-author) amply demonstrates.
