Any support for Bronze bust of Jake?

Hello this is my first post. I’ve been a fan of Jakes since hearing his records played by my much older cousins back in the 70’s.
I saw a tv program about Jake a while back, and was surprised to learn that there is nothing to commemorate him. As I am a sculptor, I thought I should have a go at creating somthing as a tribute to his genious. So I’ve spent the last couple of months creating a bust that I hope, if there’s enough support, could be cast in bronze and erected at his place of birth or similar relevant site.
How would Jake’s widow and family feel about this idea? What do the rest of the membership think? Should I not give up the day job just yet? I’m struggling to post a picture of the bust.
