Worth mentioning that if its ‘Our Dog’ Melbert is looking for, I got it from a recording where Jake sings lower in pitch than normal, and so to use these (relatively) easy chords, I usually have a capo on the second fret.
Perhaps his voice had got naturally lower at this stage in his life, or, as a couple of us whimsically speculated, he’d down-tuned his guitar to match the one string with the broken machine head!

Somewhere I have a recording of Jake on which his guitar is definitely tuned a whole tone below standard pitch.
