Dear All

As most of you know another Jakefest is being planned for Edinburgh – almost certainly for 16/17 September 2005.

Before Phil Neal and I finally decide on a venue it would be helpful to have a rough idea of numbers. We are well aware that this is a very long way in advance and this request is only for indicative purposes.

Could those who might come send me a **personal** eMail to ian.burdon@blueyonder.co.uk (not to this board) saying either

(1) Yes, I/We’ll be there if we possibly can;
(2) Probably but can’t really be sure yet, or
(3) Maybe, if we’re not doing something more interesting instead.

with an indication of how many might come with you.

Again can I repeat that this is just to let us gge likely numbers so we can select a venue with an appropriate capacity.
