John and I were on BBC Radio Leeds last night, talking about and playing songs from the album. The guys on the show were lovely and we were given a lot of space to talk about the project. We performed live The Municipal Workers’ Strike and Our Dog, and also had two songs from the album played – Kinnell and SIde by Side. First airplay – hurrah! Rather bizarrely/amusingly, some concessions had to be made for use of language – look out for them if you to listen to the programme.
